“It is important to me to be healthy. Part of that is working out. As I get older I have noticed many changes in my body and I want to keep myself fit.
As I was going through the challenge I noticed I was capable of much more. I have never had upper body strength and that changed with time.
I am a working, single mom of 3 boys. Working out gave me the ability to keep up with them and their schedules. I was sleeping better. I felt good. It is also important for me for my boys to see me take care of myself. In doing so I hope it inspires them to take care of themselves.
I would definitely recommend the experience. I tend to be reluctant to try new things. I am glad I pushed myself to take on this challenge. I would convey that message to anyone.”
