But after many surgeries and a couple more injuries in my basketball career that may never mean I can deadlift 400 pounds like Zito can, even though he just turned 60!
For Ken, it meant that he wasn’t getting any healthier or living the life he wanted by drinking Mountain Dew and eating garbage for lunch. So he decided to do something about it. Fast forward 18 months and he qualified for the World Championship Spartan Race in Lake Tahoe!
